PER Bottega & Cheese Bar is a welcoming space born in 2012 from an idea of the Perenzin family: producers of excellent cheeses for 5 generations, food and wine culture connoisseurs and promoters of the area.

In addition to the complete range of award-winning Perenzin Latteria cheeses, the shop offers a vast selection of typical Venetian specialties, km0 bread and vegetables, gourmet products from small businesses or organic farms that are not present on the shelves of large-scale retail trade.

For more than 80 years we have been careful selectors of good, genuine and authentic food that we first of all like to eat and offer to our customers in the shop to help them discover the goodness of this beautiful Italy.

Cheese Bar

The Cheese Bar welcomes locals and tourists from Tuesday to Sunday, from breakfast to an aperitif with natural wines and Venetian beers with a menu focused on cheese and local and seasonal products; we will be able to advise you on the perfect pairing with the delicacies of the day or with hot specialties such as mozzarella in carrozza, meatballs and cheese platters.

We are open at Lunch from Tuesday to Saturday!

Aperitivo Raclette!

- Every Friday night from 6 to 10pm -

An evening and a menu dedicated to the most iconic 
cheese-based dish!

What is it about? Raclette is a Swiss dish that is prepared by cutting a wheel of cheese in half and then heating it. When the upper layer begins to melt, it is “scraped” with a knife and placed on the serving plate: the term Raclette in fact derives from the French racler, which means to scrape.

In March 2023, The family historical museum has been completely renovated, and now, thanks to sounds, lights, new materials, and colors, it is ready to welcome all those who wish to learn more about the world of cheese and the history of Perenzin Latteria, offering an unparalleled multi-sensory experience!

You will be guided to the Premiata Latteria Perenzin Museum and the maturing warehouses, delving into the history of the family and ancient traditions. At the end of the tour, a guided tasting of 4 of the company’s cheeses will be served.

Become a Master Cheese Refiner for a day!

Through a guided tour of the Premiata Latteria Perenzin Museum and the maturing warehouses you will delve into the world of refined cheeses and discover the secrets that lie behind the various techniques.
You will have access to the Golden Room, the Top Secret room for the experiments of the Perenzin Latteria and the Caveau of Special Reserve Cheeses such as Capra Tonka and Vermouth, winner of 5 international awards in just 2 years including the Coup de Coeur in Paris!
Afterwards you will try your hand at creating your very own refined caciotta cheese: through the sensorial analysis of spices and aromas you will be able to express yourself by personalizing it as you prefer (obviously you can take it home with you and you will take care of it like a true Master Refiner!) 
At the end we will taste 4 refined cheeses together.

Cheese Making Experience

An experience to live firsthand in an unforgettable location among the hills of Prosecco DOCG: Az. Agricola Castello di Formeniga! (it is located just 5 minutes by car from the Perenzin Latteria).
In the panoramic garden you will engage in a practical in-depth lesson in the world of cheese making in which, starting from hot milk, you will produce a fresh caciotta cheese.
There will be hints of theory of the production phases, of the maturation processes, but above all you will get “your hands in the dough”, or rather in the milk, for guaranteed fun!
At the end of this experience, after a short drive, there will be a guided tour of the Premiata Latteria Perenzin Museum and the maturing warehouses. Finally, a guided tasting of 4 cheeses will be held in the Degustarium.
In case of rain, the experience, compatibly with the weather conditions, will still take place inside the company.

You will be accompanied on a unique journey directly by the owner Emanuela Perenzin (Best Professional 2012 at Alma Caseus, Master Taster Onaf, Garde et Juré de la Guilde International des Fromagers) who will guide you on a visit to the Premiata Latteria Perenzin Museum, a journey full of family anecdotes, international awards and tools of the trade. You will discover together the secrets of cheese maturing through the 5 senses. You will have access to the Golden Room, the Top Secret room for the experiments of the Perenzin Latteria and the Special Reserve Cheese Caveau. Finally you will be guided in a tasting of 4 selected cheeses that won the Super Gold at the World Cheese Awards paired with 4 local wines.
